Don't ask me how I did it, but this non-dairy coconut-cream base tastes like pancake batter. Streams of salted maple caramel (also made with coconut cream instead of dairy) and bits of crispy gluten-free butter cookies come together harmoniously to create the perfect dessert for breakfast (or is it breakfast for dessert?).
Note: While this flavor is mostly non-dairy, the cookies and butter extract are made with some animal products (butter, milk, eggs) -- therefore it is not vegan.
